| Outcome: |
Completing full residential development
of roadways and infrastructure, SKG successfully engineered this
custom-lot development within Scottsdale’s Environmentally
Sensitive Land Ordinance area. This project required SKG to balance
the design and engineering of this residential development within
an area located outside the services area of any municipality, (relative
to water and wastewater infrastructure). SKG created the ultimate
balance among the engineering, planning, and landscape architectural
designs. Today, the entire project has been absorbed by multi-million
dollar homes. |
