| Outcome: |
The critical design elements for this golf-course community required
SKG to balance the grading, lot views, and golfing experience. Through
numerous field visits and design iteration, SKG incorporated exceptional
golf-course features and outstanding lot views without jeopardizing
the grading design and massive earth import. This project was well
received by the community and by members of the City Council. SKG
also accomplished hillside development of slope rates of 2% up to
35%. |
