Scope: 60-Acre Custom-Lot Residential Development
Elements: Engineering of hillside custom lots, roadways, and infrastructure
Outcome: SKG successfully engineered this custom-lot residential development within Scottsdale’s Environmentally Sensitive Land Ordinance area. A critical design element was the stormwater management system with steep natural grades, never exceeding more than four vertical feet in elevation. The end result was an extraordinary residential community tucked away in an area surrounded by $3,000,000 homes.
