The key to this project’s success
was balancing the engineering and design with the natural habitat
to create a master-planned community within a beautiful desert environment.
The most unique project SKG has undertaken, this community lies to
the northwest side of Wickenburg and encompasses desert landscape,
undulating terrain, and a massive natural wash carrying in excess
of 22,000 CFS flow. This community is projected to be home for over
6,000 people who will enjoy trail amenities, a clubhouse, equestrian
facilities, a 36-hole golf course, commercial and office complexes,
and multi-family and single-family residences. This development was
created as a stand-alone, self-sustaining community that has its
own water resources and a wastewater collection system which serves
the entire development, yet is hidden from sight. |
