In our 13th year
Established in July 1997, SKG Enterprises, Inc. is a consulting civil engineering
firm with expertise in general land development civil engineering, water resources,
commercial development, and high end single lot development designs. Projects
that SKG has been involved in span throughout the Greater Phoenix Metro Area.
Project sizes range from 1-acre high-end single lot development to 2,100-acre
developments. SKG staff has expertise in both residential and commercial project
designs that
spans flat land on to hillside terrain, with slopes greater than 35%.
Selected clients of SKG include: Del Webb, Grayhawk, SunCor, MCO Properties,
Terrabrook, Pulte Homes and City of Scottsdale.
Selected projects of SKG include: Hidden Hills of Scottsdale Mountain, Crestview
of Fountain Hills, Grayhawk Development, Units 22, 24, and 26 at Anthem Country
Club, Mirabel, Parcels 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6 at Eagles Nest, and several
single lots within Desert Mountain, Mirabel, and Desert Highlands.
